Archambault A27: SAIL's Best Boat 2014

Das US-Amerikanische SAIL Magazine hat die Archambault A27 zum Best Boat 2014 in der Kategorie "Performance Monohull under 30 Feet" gewählt. In dem alljährlichen Wettbewerb mußte sich die Archambault 27 gegen Konkurrenten wie die J-88, die Fareast 26 oder die First 25s durchsetzen. Ein paar Auszüge aus den Kommentaren der Jury:

If you’re looking for a sub-30-foot IRC sportboat, the Archambault 27 could be your ticket... The boat’s spacious cockpit provides plenty of room for the crew and includes a number of go-fast features, such as a flush-deck traveler ..., foot braces, and a tiller and extension that provide the helmsman with an excellent feel...
