Sturdy, reliable and easy to sail daysailer with timeless, classic lines, elegant overhangs and canoo bow. Traditional bottom with long keel and attached rudder. All sheets, halyards and trim lines are easily accessible from the helm. Thanks to the deep, sheltered cockpit with high, comfortable coaming, long keel and the high ballast ratio of well over 40 %, the Scangaard 26 Classic is safe and easy to sail for newcomers or families with children. A headsail furling system and self-tacking jib make the daysailer suitable for single-handed sailing. The interior of the daysailer has four berths and is light and airy thanks to four coachhouse windows, a hatch in the foredeck and the wide companionway. Plenty of storage in two large deck lockers below the cockpit seats, a storage locker below the aft deck and shelves and storage compartments in the interior.

Fully equipped, well maintained owner's vessel. Teak cockpit, rubbing strakes, handrails, cockpit coaming, and foot rail in teak. Good equipment incl. headsail furling system, VOLVO PENTA D1-13 inboard engine, BROOKS & GATEHOUSE instruments, chart plotter, VHF radio etc. The Scangaard 26 Classic is moored at the Kiel Fjord and can be inspected at any time by appointment.
