Cruiser built in 2014Comfortable and well-equipped cruiser in owner's version built by the French yard Chantiers BÉNÉTEAU. In her luxurious owner's cabin, breezy aft cabin and spacious, bright saloon the Oceanis 45 offers exceptional living space and comfort for long trips and extended stays on board. Plenty of air and light below decks thanks to numerous hull windows, portholes, deck hatches, and large coachhouse windows. On deck the Oceanis has a modern, tidy and uncluttered layout. The unusually large cockpit with two helm stations and free access to aft deck and the wide, electric swim platform makes the Oceanis 45 the perfect bathing island at anchor and provides plenty of room to maneuver under sail. The cockpit is kept free of the mainsheet by means of the GRP Targa arch that also houses sprayhood, bimini and cockpit lights.
This Oceanis 45 is a young, hardly used first-hand owner's yacht (never chartered). Extensive specification incl. furling mast, bow thruster, electric winches, air conditioning and diesel heating, washing machine and dishwasher and complete BROOKS & GATEHOUSE navigation equipment. 2 cabin layout with forward owner's cabin, two heads compartments and multi-purpose room to port aft. The yacht was serviced and maintained by a professional skipper and is in very good condition.
