Motorsailor built in 2008The classic motorsailor: Finnish shipyard Siltala Yachts Oy dominated this niche segment of the yacht market for decades with the Nauticat model range. The Nauticat 44 is a sturdy, crusier for long voyages and extended stays on board. Seaworthy, safe ketch-rigged long keel yacht with strong YANMAR 160 hp engine, reliable shaft drive and well protected propeller. Bright, friendly deckhouse with inside steering position and raised aft deck with cockpit and outside helm station. Traditional interior in satin-finished teak with lots of solid wood in moldings and frames. Spacious, luxurious full-beam owner's cabin aft with wide island double berth.
This Nauticat 44 is a fully equipped yacht offered by her second owner. Upon order, virtually all boxes on the option pricelist were ticked: electric furling mast, electric genoa furling system, electric winches, bow and stern thrusters, electric stainless steel davits, diesel generator, washing machine, dishwasher, even a central vacuum cleaning system - everything you could wish for is on board. The complete RAYMARINE navigation system incl. satellite TV-antenna was replaced in winter 2021/2022. The Nauticat 44 is currently in indoor storage on the German coast of the Baltic Sea and can be visited and inspectecat any time upon appointment.
