Centercockpit-cruiser built in 2004Seaworthy and very well maintained center cockpit cruiser built by Najadvarvet AB in Sweden. Modern design by judel/vrolijk & co. Deep, protected center cockpit with high coaming and fixed windscreen with lateral handrails. Wide running decks with raised coaming allow safe movement on deck. Single-handed cockpit layout with all sheets and trim lines led back to the winch consoles next to the helm (no coachhouse winches). Beautiful, well finished, satin varnished mahogany interior in the best Scandinavian boatbuilder's tradition. 2-cabin layout with owner's cabin aft across the entire beam of the yacht and large longitudinal galley with ample storage space in passage to aft cabin to port.
A special features in the interior layout of this NAJAD 400 is the central island berth in the owner's cabin and the separate shower cabin forward to port. Upgraded YANMAR 75 hp diesel with shaft drive and flexible coupling (Aquadrive). The yacht has always been in indoor winter storage at the german NAJAD service center, where she had continuous care and technical maintenance. She is in mint condition. The bottom paint was completely rebuilt in 2019. Numerous investments since 2020. The NAJAD 400 can be viewed any time upon appointment and is available for immediate handover.
