Cruiser built in 2013Elegant and safe cruiser built by the German yard Hanseyachts AG in modern design by judel/vrolijk & co. The Hanse 445 offers an amazing amount of comfort both above deck and in the spacious interior. Wide, uncluttered cockpit with two helm stations and unobstructed passage aft to the wide, folding swim platform. Three spacious cabins and a friendly, bright saloon provide ample living space for extended stays on board. Lots of light and air below decks thanks to numerous deck hatches, portholes and hull ports. The modern hull, effective appendixes (T-shaped performance keel and slim spade rudder) and a powerful sail plan provide excellent performance. However, the yacht can safely be handled by a small crew. All sheets, halyards and trim lines are lead back to the winch consoles directly in front of the helm stations and the self-tacking jib makes life easy.
This Hanse 445 is a well maintained, fully equipped first hand owner' yacht (she has never chartered). 3 cabin layout with forward owner's cabin and interior in American cherry with light floorboards.
