Grand Soleil 43 B&C
Performance cruiser built in 2011A fast and elegant performance cruiser built by the Italian yard Cantiere del Pardo. The Grand Soleil 43 was designed by Botin & Carkeek Yacht Design and has proven her potential in a number of prestigious international regattas. Among other successes, this model won the IRC1 class at the following events: Rolex Fastnet Race 2009 and 2011, Cowes Week 2010, Round the Island Race 2010, Delta Lloyd North Sea Regatta 2009. Despite her high potential as a racer, the Grand Soleil 43 is also a stiff and good-natured cruising yacht, easily and safely handled by a small crew while offering ample comfort for up to six passengers below decks. Beautiful, elegant, no-nonsense design with sleek lines and a low coachhouse profile.
This Grand Soleil 43 B&C is a particularly well-equipped private owner’s yacht. Full specification including 3-spreader performance mast with rod rigging, teak deck throughout, light oak interior, electric winches, retractable bow thruster, etc. Exclusive HARKEN racing deck gear with German mainsheet system, upgraded winches and high-quality blocks and tracks. Engine upgrade to VOLVO PENTA D2-55 (55 hp/40 kW diesel) and 12 V/600 Ah lithium service battery bank. The yacht is currently ashore in indoor winter storage at the Kiel Fjord and can be inspected at any time by appointment. Interior photos to follow shortly.
