Archambault A27

Racer built in 2012

Modern, fast and handy-size performance-cruiser built by Bateaux Archambault in France. The Archambault A27 is a cross-over between high-tech racer and fast daysailer. Considerable speed potential but also a surprising level of space and comfort below decks for a boat in this category. The yacht is perfect for singlehanded or doublehanded racing thanks to a very clever cockpit layout. The helmsman's position is far forward in the cockpit and he has the central trim pod with mainsheet, baby sheet, traveller and backstay at his feet. But he also sits right next to the primary winches and the pit is just a step away. Large footrests integrated into the cockpit floor give good support. Up to four people can sleep in the Archambault A27 and the yacht has a saloon table, sink, cooker and marine toilet.

This Archambault A27 is offered by her first owner and has been fitted with plenty of exclusive hardware beyond yard standard. A particular feature is the high-quality NORTH-Sails 3DI RAW sail wardrobe with three different upwind headsails and the high tech 3D genoa sheet system with cross rails. No expense was spared on navigation electronics either: The A27 has a RAYMARINE autopilot with linear drive installed below decks, a chart plotter that swings out at the companionway and a fixed RAYMARINE VHF-radio with mast antenna.
