Cantiere del Pardo wird verkauft

Wie Cantiere del Pardo gestern per Pressemitteilung bekanntgab, wird es einen Eigentümerwechsel bei der italienischen Werft geben. Die bisherigen Gesellschafter, der Private Equity Fund Wise Equity sowie die beiden langjährigen Mitarbeiter Fabio Planamente (CDP CEO) und Gigi Servidati (CDP President) verkaufen ihre Anteile an die Calzedonia Group, einen Fonds, der schwerpunktmäßig in italienische Marken-Hersteller investiert. Das Portfolio der Calzedonia Group umfaßt so exklusive Namen wie Intimissimi, Intimissimi Uomo, Falconeri, Signorvino, Atelier Emè, Calzedonia und Tezenis. Die Übernahme sichert Cantiere del Pardo das Kapital für ein weiteres Wachstum der Marken Grand Soleil Yachts, Pardo Yachts und Van Dutch. Insbesondere seit dem Einstieg der traditionellen italienischen Werft in das Motoryacht-Geschäft sind Umsatz und Stückzahl rasant gestiegen. Das Geschäft soll bis Oktober 2023 abgewickelt werden. Im abgelaufenen Geschäftsjahr wurden über 150 Einheiten gebaut und abgeliefert. Hier ein paar Stimmen der am Geschäft beteiligten Akteure:
