The yacht has a high ballast ratio of approx. 43 % which makes her quite a stiff yacht considering her shallow draft of only approx. 1.20 m. This Dartsailer 27 has had an extensive refit in 2011 (including new YANMAR inboard diesel with saildrive and folding propeller, new stainless steel bowsprit and pulpit, new bow thruster, bottom paint totally rebuilt incl. epoxy primer, new RAYMARINE navigation electronics, etc.).
